"Our family of 7 adults and 6 children spent many vacations in obx and rented homes. This home was by far a favorite. The things we loved were: a fully stocked kitchen, with all the basic items needed to have a great kitchen. We did not need anything. The appliances were top of the line. We had plenty of eating space. The common area was large and roomy. Many games and laughs were had in this area. We loved the fact that the game room was right of the main area, usually we felt separated from those playing the games. All the bedrooms were the large. The beds were so comfy. Another plus for our family was no basement, with those who have allergies it was nice to have all rooms off the ground. This place was amazing -- no clutter sitting around, with children we did not have to be worried about breaking anything. This home had three washer dryers, all top of the line.. The only thing that we found that could be improved upon was some of the bedrooms did not have dressers in. This was not a real problem for us, but some may find it a problem. Any time we had to talk with anyone from Twiddy they were so kind, fun to talk to, helpful, just a few words to describe them. This has become our vacation home in the obx. It is very obvious the owners of this home knew what vacationers want in a home. If you stay here, take good care of it, the owners deserve your respect."
"Beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms all with private bathrooms. We loved the huge refrigerator and found we didn’t need a second one on a lower level that other homes have. We did miss having another living area other than the main great room for watching TV, playing cards etc. it’s nice to have more than one option with multiple families."
