"We love the pool and the beach access. The shallow end of the pool is an incredible amount of space for our younger set to enjoy. The location of the house is last on the oceanfront before the 4x4 beach which keeps the beach less busy than most other homes we’ve stayed in. The billiard room is a great hang out location. All the decks that overlook the pool and oceanfront are another great hangout. Their is plenty of driveway space."

"Spacious home with attention to details, i.e. kitchen has everything needed for cooking family meals. However, home requires attention with deep cleaning as Bathroom showers contain mildew/mold stains. Cobwebs throughout the home. Outside areas need power-washing to remove old spiderwebs and dead bugs."

"We’ve been coming to the Outer Banks for over twenty years and this was by far the most amazing home we’ve stayed in. The construction, amenities, location, and attention to detail are second to none."
"Overall, this house was absolutely amazing. The location was nicely secluded but accessible to the main highway. The amenities were top notch. Twiddy was very responsive for any issues we brought to their attention (namely related to the pool heater which was not very effective in the windy afternoons). The only major complaint we had was the house is listed as having two outdoor hot tubs. One of the hot tubs is not functional and the pool attendant indicated it hasn’t worked for a long while, so it was a little disheartening to learn there was only the one functioning hot tub outside. The one that’s out of service is the larger one and would’ve been better suited for our group. Also, as mentioned, in the afternoon, the pool would start circulating cooler water as if the heater was on a timer. So although the water was nice and warm in the morning, by mid afternoon it was quite cool/cold and not as enjoyable to be in. This may be because of the cooler weather but the heater should still be effective in the afternoon. Otherwise, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The kitchen is wonderful and well stocked with cooking tools, utensils, appliances, etc to make it very easy to use for all our cooking needs. The theater room was fun to utilize when we needed a break from the outdoors. The lighting system like they indicate in the house manual is still a work in progress so although it was a little clunky to use I’m sure it will improve over time. Overall, we can’t wait to come back!"
"We loved this house. Love being next to the 4x4 area & the huge pool was a big hit with the kids. Especially like the kids pool at the end of the big pool. House was very clean & well maintained. We have rebooked the house for next year already. We can’t wait to come back."
