"The house clean and in great shape. Beach was only 5 min walk. It was the best setting to celebrate my 40th birthday with my family. Only complaint was the condition of the pool sticks, they were not straight and so worn they couldn't be chalked. We definitely recommend this house!"
"We liked that the home was new and it wasn't cluttered with a lot of knick knacks and things that weren't necessary. It was in a good location, walking distance to the beach. We loved that every room had its own bathroom and private decks. At first we thought it was weird that the decks didn't have stairs but we actually really enjoyed not having the stairs because we could let the dogs out to enjoy the weather without them running off. The pool area was nice and we loved that it was fenced in, but it would have been even better if it had some grassy area for the dogs The extra full size refrigerator and freezer with the wet bar downstairs was a great bonus. I was also very pleased to see that there was a lot more window coverings in the home then when I initially booked the home. All of the photos when I originally booked showed that the majority of the windows did not have any curtains on them and one of the reviews noted that they did not like the lack of curtains either. I was so happy to see that when we arrived there were plenty of curtains. The only place I would suggest adding a curtain would be the sliding door in the kitchen."
"The house is only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is well built with lots of closet space in the bedrooms. The decks and railings are made from composite materials so no need to worry about splinters, and plenty of chairs are provided. A full size refrigerator on the ground level provides ample space to complement the large refrigerator in the kitchen. The pool area, along with the tables and chairs provided, is very nice. The pool has a large tanning shelf (about 6') which would be good for smaller children. The issue we had with this house is a lack of privacy as there are 2 windows in the 3rd floor bedroom that do not have window treatments and they face the house to the left, the same applies to the "kids" bedroom on the 2nd floor with 2 sets of bunk beds. The dining/living room also lack window treatments on the side facing the house to the right."
