"We have been visiting the OBX for many years with our large family and Beach-Topia is hands down the best home which we have stayed in. The owners are so diligent in the care and condition of their home. COUNTLESS updates that all played into a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You can tell they truly care about your experience and want it to be the best. Location is amazing. Upon entering the home it smelled CLEAN. We knew this to be a great sign. Everything is labeled so there is no questioning what switch goes to which light or having to “search” for items, as the owners go above and beyond suppling a detailed welcome book. Kitchen was well appointed and everything in working and excellent condition. 10/10 for this home. Peace and Blessings to the owners- Thank you!"

"Beach-Topia had a lot of room for my family of 13 and was well organized. The kids loved playing with the games that were provided and loved the pool too! The house was beautiful and had a lot to offer. Beach access was easy and the views were awesome from the deck."

"We first stayed in 2023, loved it, stayed again in 2024, loved it again, and are now rebooked for 2025. The pride the owners take on the home is evident and the primary reason we plan to return for years to come. The shade on the large Window made a huge difference in the evening hours. Fence and pergola around pool looks great."

The beds were all very comfortable and carpets all new and clean. The living-room was very comfortable to hang out in in the evenings. All in all I would say 10/10!"
