Prepare for a vacation full of “Beach Bliss” at this Corolla beach house! Ocean views are available from the home, which is just three back from the beach. The path to the community beach access is conveniently located right next door, making the beach just a short, easy walk away. Featuring comfortable accommodations and fun amenities, your entire family will love this pet friendly OBX retreat.
The great room on the home’s top floor is open and spacious, the perfect place for the entire family to gather. Kick back and watch TV in the living area, which includes a gas fireplace for use during cooler months of the year. Across the room, the kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay. Enjoy big family meals together in the nearby dining area. In the morning, make your coffee and step outside onto the deck to enjoy the salty ocean breeze, or walk up to the rooftop-level crow’s nest deck to watch the sky change colors as the sun rises over the ocean. The comfortably furnished screened porch, which offers an ocean view, is a great place to hang out at any time of the day, whether you’re enjoying an afternoon beverage or reading a good book. Back inside, there is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to a private deck. A half bathroom is also included on the top floor.
On the middle floor, you’ll find two additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms has access to a private deck, and the other offers access to the shared covered deck. The third bedroom on the second floor has access to the shared covered deck and includes a semi-private bathroom that opens to the hallway. The second bedroom on this floor offers a king bed. There is one additional bedroom on the second floor. The final bedroom and full bathroom are located on the ground floor of the home.
In the evenings, hang out in the rec room on the ground floor of the home. Play a game of pool, put together a puzzle at the table, or simply relax and watch TV. There is a wet bar with a refrigerator and an ice machine conveniently located in the rec room, which opens to the pool area. Laundry facilities are also available on the first floor.
Outside, get ready for some fun in the sun. Take a dip in the private pool or just lounge around the poolside. Several lounge areas are available to choose from in both the sun and the shade. For those in your group who want to play, there is an outdoor ping pong table in the pool area and a basketball goal in the driveway. In addition to the amenities at the home, the Villages at Ocean Hill offers community amenities such as two outdoor pools, volleyball, pickleball, and tennis.
