"The home worked very well for all the members of our family. the kitchen was very well stocked with just about every utensil you could want.The pool area was spacious and my grandkids loved it . We had difficulty getting the pool lights to work.I called Twiddy and someone came very quickly and reset the breaker. This is our second year renting Sweet Home Carolina and we have already put our deposit down for 2024."

"Sweet Home Carolina was a perfect fit for our family. We have been vacationing on the Outer Banks for 20 years and this home was one of our favorites. Very well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that you need. Comfortable beds and more than enough room for everyone. The pool area was very nice with enough lounges and chairs. A big plus was the number of beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. We are already booked for next year! Best Regards, Steve S."
"Short distance to beach"
"We had a great week and overall enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this house. The inside of the house was very nice and spacious with plenty of seating for both eating and entertainment. There was plenty of cookware, utensils, and appliances provided. Refrigerator space was ample. Pool/Hot tub area was very nice and secluded and had a good speaker system. We had no issues that required a contact with Twiddy. The first day we were there, a maintenance crew from Martin Boyz Remodeling and Construction, David Martin was there to presumably inspect the house. We told them of an active wasp nest in the ceiling of the patio in the pool area. Within an hour, they sprayed and took care of disposal of the nest. Shout out to them. No house is totally perfect and this house had some areas that could use some work. The mattresses provided are sufficient but could be upgraded to provide more comfort. The exterior of the home could use some power washing/painting and perhaps some nicer landscaping to give it higher curb appeal. Again, overall, enjoyed the house and our stay and would recommend."

"We loved Sweet Home Carolina! It had all the things we were looking for - excellent beach access, every kitchen item you could think of, tons of light, huge seating areas, and close to grocery stores and convenience shops. The home was clean, inviting, and well-managed. We will definitely rent from Twiddy again. It was our first visit to OBX and were not disappointed by our stay or accommodations."

"Spacious, well maintained, and located in a wonderful community (Pine Island) with easy access to the beach and local amenities and restaurants. Well appointed home and great pool area were very inviting and made our stay complete. Great property!"
