"We loved our stay at Possible Dream! The location in Pine Island is outstanding. The beach was just a few steps away from the beautiful pool area. The home is well-appointed with both gas and electric ranges, stand-alone ice maker and two dishwashers. The common areas were comfortable and easily accommodated our group. The game room downstairs had combo card/bumper pool table and pool table. The downstairs half-bath was convenient to the pool. The primary master suite on level two is immense! We have already reserved Possible Dream for the 2026 season."

The house was great except for the bedroom on the first floor, the sliding door would not lock and the spiders and the widgets were terrible.I have a bigger group next year so I rented a bigger house otherwise we would have rented possible dreams again."

"Spend a week at this wonderful property in May/June 21. The house is large, conformable, and perfect for multi family vacation. There are two dishwashers, two stoves, basically two kitchens in one. The house is located on the perfect part of the beach that has a single row of houses. Because the house was located on a narrow part of the island, the beach was never crowded. The only downside is that the jets are not working in hot tub."
"This home was so gorgeous and had beautiful ocean views but due to the tiny bugs called midges that were swarming all the windows and doors it was hard to enjoy. We were warned about the midges by Twiddy which was kind of them but even with turning off the lights at night and closing the blinds, they were still everywhere. Upon arrival we found that one of the dishwashers wasn’t working properly, the tv in one of the sound side bedrooms didn’t work at all. The pool area would have been awesome, but those bugs were all over the water every day and we cleaned them out as best we could but it was miserable. Also the hot tub was very small and didn’t work. It was just a bathtub outside. The jet’s did not work. The kitchen was nice, but the pots and pans and some other kitchen items should be updated. The coffee pots didn’t work half the time. The beach access was short which was nice but elderly folks could not access the beach very easily. The bottom part of the steps are completely covered by sand and it’s very steep. My parents were not able to go down to the beach. In conclusion this home is gorgeous but it needs some TLC by the owners. Twiddy was awesome and answered our maintenance call immediately."
"Nearly perfect... The Pine Island locale is our favorite by far. The views from this home are nothing short of spectacular, as is the very short walk to the beach on the private walkway (literally 15 steps). The furniture is comfortable and functional and the decor is tasteful and inviting. We loved the game room - big enough for our whole family to gather and enjoy separate activities but still be together, and the kitchenette was a great bonus. It was too cold to really use the pool, but we looked forward to using the hot tub. That was the one disappointment - the jets on the hot tub are broken and so it's basically an outdoor bath tub. We were told by the pool maintenance person that they've been broken for quite some time but the owners have opted not to repair them. It's also missing tiles and badly needs some TLC. Really a shame as a hot tub is one big feature we look for when we rent a home and this home advertised one but didn't deliver. Also of note - the elevator does not go to the top floor. It's great for groceries and luggage for the bedrooms on the middle level but we have two sets of elderly parents who cannot climb stairs and an elevator was a must-have because of that. It worked out as only one set of parents made the trip in the end but I now know to check that detail for any future trips. Overall we loved Possible Dream and our week in OBX. We've been repeat visitors and have always used Twiddy, and plan to again when we return."
"Loved the house, fully equipped with all our needs. Getting to the beach was a little rough, we had to shovel the steps a bit and climb up and down a high hill of sand, but the kids didn’t mind."
