Nestled in the centrally located Pine Island community of Corolla, there’s something for everyone in your group to love about this comfortable beach house.
On the third floor, the great room sets the tone with soaring windows and an open layout that blends living, dining, and kitchen spaces into one inviting whole. Natural light and the beautiful ocean view are welcomed through the ocean-facing windows. The living area features comfortable seating, an ideal spot for quiet reading or family movie nights. The nearby den offers an additional place to kick back and relax. From a cozy seat in the "Poet's Loft" level, you can take in ocean views in one direction and sunset over the sound to the west. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, from poolside snacks to big breakfasts. Easily bring groceries up to the kitchen on the third floor using the home’s elevator. The dining area places your meals at the center of the gathering table, making it easy to plan excursions or simply relax together.
Outside, the private pool shines in the sun, offering hours of floating, laughing, and lounging in comfort. When the day winds down, the nearby bubbling hot tub awaits. Additionally, the home features multiple decks where morning coffee or sunset cocktails become elevated moments.
The bedrooms at Poet’s Loft are arranged for both privacy and ease: the top-level ensuite offers a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Three additional ensuite bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. There is one additional bedroom with deck access and a semi-private bathroom that also opens to the common space. Each bedroom provides a cozy haven after beach-filled days.
Pine Island offers an oceanfront community pool as well as tennis courts. Located just minutes from both Duck and Corolla, you’ll find shops, dining, wild-horse tours, and beach fun within easy reach, while knowing you’re returning to a true vacation home oasis. With the ocean as your backdrop, modern comfort throughout, and thoughtful spaces for togetherness and rest, “Poet’s Loft” promises a relaxing and truly memorable family vacation!
