"The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the living/kitchen/dining area was spacious and cohesive. The bedrooms worked great for our group of 12, ranging in age from 18 to 82. We enjoyed the game options (pool, ping-pong, bikes, etc.)"

"I Loved all the different levels and the short 4 or 5 stairs to get to them. I also enjoyed the games room. I rarely used those rooms when I visit, but I made use of them this time. The view was fantastic and so was the location. It really felt like a home, not just a house. It's instantly on my Top 5 list and I would book it again in a heartbeat. And to do that, I hope Hannah will always be able to assist me. She's an amazing woman and I can't tell you how much I appreciate her going above and beyond the call of duty to make me and my family's vacations special."
"The house checked all the boxes except a movie room, which the parents were ok with!! Nice open kitchen and large living area with great views. Pool was a little small but kids loved it. All rooms and beds were comfortable but one mattress was quite warped. 3 fridges throughout the house is nice and everyone had an exceptional trip. No red flags and we’d rent it again."
"Overall, Front Row was a decent option for our vacation, but we have stayed in homes that we would rate more highly. The level of maintenance was lower than other homes and most of the games shown in the photos were out of order. While this had minimal impact on our trip, it would have been highly disappointing for a family that had chosen this home because of these apparent options. Also, one of the mattresses is in serious need of replacement; it was entirely unusable. Fortunately, we did not need this bedroom."
"I have been vacationing in OBX since 1992! Front Row is the most beautifully decorated and furnished house we have rented. The views from bedrooms are amazing! The main living space also had a wonderful view! It was so nice having mostly King Master bedrooms giving each family the privacy needed. Would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it!"
