"Our family has rented beach magic for two years in a row, and the home is absolutely amazing. Had everything we needed and the new remodeled portion of the home the grandkids totally enjoyed. Weather was too cold for the pool if they would put a possible heater that would just make the house even more amazing But we were able to play games and everybody really enjoyed the poker table. Sad to give it up next year due to different location for vacation. Hopefully we can try and get it in 2027."

"This beautiful, well located home suits our family of 10 very well. At entrance 6 on Pine Island, the beach is not crowded, which is a big plus. The house is immaculate and exceptionally well maintained. The kitchen has every type of small appliance and lovely serving pieces. We bring a shelter to provide poolside shade."

Thanks for your review and suggestions! We are planning a major renovation and addition to the first level to include a Den and 6th Bedroom. We are totally committed to updating the exterior spaces for 2025 and we hope you will check back when everything is done!
"We stayed in this home two years ago and were delighted with the new kitchen with a gigantic island with ample seating. The distance to the beach is also a plus along with the great views of the ocean despite being three rows back. The house has lovely touches to the decor and accommodated the needs of our family of eleven very well. Unfortunately, the outdoor showers were not functional during our stay, but this was a minor inconvenience."

"We absolutely loved the location in Corolla! The home provided the perfect amount of sleeping and bathroom space for our group of 9 adults and 4 children. The kitchen space was a spacious gathering area for all of our preparation for meals and also enjoying our meals. The walk to the beach was a few minutes. The pool was beautiful and enjoyed by all ages. This was our first to OXB and we decided this will be an annual event. This was certainly a Beach Magic Vacation."
