"The trees surrounding the property give a great really of privacy. The decor of the house was very nice. We loved all of the beach themed artwork. During our week the weather was around 80 during the day and low 70s at night. We used the outdoor decks and the screened in porch a ton."

"This home is a gem! We rented it for 4 weeks this fall and I can say without a doubt that it was our favorite of all the OBX rental homes we’ve stayed in. Plenty of space throughout the entire home to allow for large families such as ours! Between 5 children and 4 adults we never felt cramped in the home. The deck space was ample and allowed us to enjoy those beautiful days relaxing after fun at the beach or pool. The pool is gated which was a huge relief as we do still have 2 kiddos on the smaller side. No worries about them somehow being able to go poolside without our supervision. The washer and dryer were lovely and allowed us to pack less. The kitchen has a large majority of anything that you would need for your stay and spacious when cooking with little chefs! The living room is large and the furniture was clean and tidy, the dining room table was large enough to sit our party of 9 easily. All of our interaction with Twiddy was handled appropriately/quickly with wonderful customer service & we will continue to book exclusively through them because of the care and attention they provide to renters. One last bonus - this area of pine island is quiet and with the house set back off the road nestled in the beautiful live oaks you feel as if you have the island to yourself. We’re sad that we are traveling elsewhere next year, but can’t wait for 2026 to come back and stay in this gorgeous home again!"

"The house was more than expected! Secluded and still very close to the beach. The pool was huge and was able to hold everyone staying with us this week. The kitchen was ample in size and seating was spacious. The living room had comfortable seating for all to enjoy. Great decking. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and beautiful. First time in Corolla, and we were checking out other places to possibly rent next year with more guests. Great stay 9/10!"
"The home was fantastic; in a great neighborhood for bike riding and catching sunsets. Upon arrival the home was clean, spacious and welcoming. The pool was well kept and the additional beach chairs/activities provided were great additions. Will definitely be looking to stay there again!"

"This house has such a great location, walking to the beach is easy. The location of tennis and pickleball is a couple hundred yards away. The home's pool and hot tub are both very private. Our grandkids caught fish in the pond every day. Close to good shopping and places to eat also with minimal traffic."

William, Glad you liked the house. We are in the process of re-doing level 3 and level 2 master baths. Removing fiberglass tub/showers and replacing with custom tile floor and walls. Kathy has also bought some new furniture for the pool area.

"The home was so wonderful!! Immaculately clean, comfortable, convenient to beach, beautiful neighborhood. Also the pool was great on the windy days on the beach from the passing hurricane. The ONLY suggestion would be to have a small dining chair set, possibly with an umbrella by the pool area. other than that.. a perfect stay. Great great house!!"
Glad you liked the house. This is our first year of ownership and we appreciate the feedback. We have a table and chairs for the pool area and were planning an umbrella also. The pool care guy said umbrellas can be a problem as they can be a danger if left open in the wind. We are currently changing 2 of the tub/showers to tile with a small bench.
