Multiple gathering areas, sitting rooms, and expansive decking maximize the opportunities to take in the stunning ocean and sound views. The spacious living area on level three features a double-sided fireplace amongst two living areas, a well-appointed kitchen with bar seating, dining and breakfast areas and oceanfront deck access. Two master bedrooms and the sitting room on this level open to soundside decking and the perfect setting for soaking up sunsets.
All 12 bedrooms have private bathrooms, and six offer the additional luxury of deck access. The two lower levels of the home provide many places for leisure, including two rec rooms, multiple sitting rooms, a theatre room, and a home gym. Easily enjoy the outdoor pleasures of oceanfront living with a large pool area with poolside bar, both poolside and garden terrace hot tubs, a beach staging room with kitchenette and laundry, plus, a full cabana bath.
The impressive array of amenities in this home is well complemented by those offered to guests of Pine Island Reserve. Arriving guests are welcomed by an ambassador who will familiarize guests with the home. Other exclusive features include upgraded linens, daily beach chair and umbrella set up from April 23 to September 22, and more. Guests of this home receive reduced greens fees at both the Kilmarlic Golf Club and The Currituck Club, and for a small fee, use of the Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center.
