Make a “Perfect Landing” on the Outer Banks at this well-appointed beach house! With a semi-oceanfront location, beautiful ocean views are yours to enjoy throughout your vacation. Featuring modern beach house decor and top amenities, your entire family will love this pet friendly coastal retreat.
The great room on the third floor of the home is open and spacious, with natural light filtering through the many windows. There are two living areas on opposite sides of the room, each with comfortable seating and a TV. One of the living areas offers a view of the ocean, and the other has a gas fireplace for use during the cooler months of the year. Set the vacation mood by playing your favorite playlist on the Sonos sound bar in the great room. Up a short flight of stairs, the ship’s watch features a beautiful coastal mural and is the perfect place to curl up with a book or simply gaze out at the ocean. The kitchen is as functional as it is attractive and includes a gas stove, two ovens, two refrigerators, and plenty of counter space. In addition to the dining area nearby, barstool seating is available at the kitchen counter. Outside on the deck, watch the sky change colors as the sun rises over the ocean as you sip your morning coffee. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom completes the top level.
On the second floor of the home, you’ll find two master bedrooms, both with a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms offers access to a private deck and a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are available on the second floor, one with access to the covered deck and the other with access to the screened porch. A full bathroom is also provided on the second floor. The final bedroom and full bathroom can be found on the ground floor of the home.
Your entire family will want to hang out in the rec room on the ground floor. Family bragging rights are on the line at the ping pong table, which converts to a pool table. An additional Sonos sound bar is available in the rec room with speakers outside in the pool area. There is a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator and a TV to keep you entertained all evening long. The pool area is just steps away. Take a dip in the refreshing private saltwater pool or enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. There is an outdoor toilet near the pool area for convenient bathroom breaks. When you are ready for some beach time, the community walkway to the beach is just a short walk from the home. Restaurants, shops, and attractions in Corolla are within a bike ride or short drive from the home. Make OBX vacation memories throughout your “Perfect Landing” in Corolla!
