Gather your family and friends for an unforgettable vacation at “Marie Rita’s in Paradise!” Located less than 500 feet from the beach, this home was professionally decorated and features a spacious layout.
Inside the home, the great room on the top floor is spacious with an open floor plan. The well-stocked kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals for your family throughout your vacation. There are two ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, one is on the top floor, while the other is located on the second floor. Three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms can be found on the first and second level as well.
There is plenty of room inside and out for your entire group to relax, including listening to music from the outdoor speakers, and cooking on the gas grill. Outside is the place to be for family and friends to enjoy the spacious pool area with plenty of seating, or outdoor games including horseshoes, cornhole, ping pong and ladder ball. The home offers three levels of decking, including a crow’s nest which offers great horizon views of the ocean, a deck swing to kick back and relax or take time for a soak in the hot tub. Inside enjoy a game of pool or test your skills with two arcade games in the fully furnished game room.
The community beach access is just a short walk away. Conveniently located close to the best shopping and dining options that Corolla has to offer. After leaving this vacation home, you’ll be sure to have created special family memories from your vacation in the OBX!!!
