Liked the contiguous kitchen/dining/living space - really promoted family togetherness! Bedrooms on separate levels and multiple decks allowed for quiet/private time."
"We had a great time at Blue Moon! Amazing views, easy access to the beach and plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. We did feel the home could use a deep cleaning, a few updates and a little more attention to things that need to be fixed (lamp shades, blinds, lighting, decking, etc.). We had a few concerns, but nothing that would stop us from enjoying our vacation."

"There are always issues, large and small, with vacation rentals given the high turnover. We had a few during our one week rental in Corolla; but, Twiddy personnel rapidly responded and made the corrections immediately. This is unheard of in the vacation rental industry, especially in the Outer Banks, and the main reason that we go back to Twiddy year after year."

"This was our first trip to Outer Banks. My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our daughter and her family from New Jersey and our son and his family from Missouri. The house was perfect for our family of 10 on the oceanfront. The one improvement that is needed is the pool lights and the outdoor lighting didn't work."

"We rented Blue Moon for an extended family trip for the second time. It’s the perfect place for 6-10 people to spend a week. Thank you for replacing the dishwasher! The house was spotless, the kitchen was very well equipped and the screen porch was perfect for a family crab fest. We would have loved to grill a meal, but the gas grill there is sub par. We didn’t bother."
"This is a great house to stay at. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. You can tell they are incrementally upgrading various rooms. Some of the updated baths are very nice. The master bedroom is huge. It was nice having a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom. It's also a close walk to shops in Corolla. I would recommend this house for anyone who wants a place that checks all the boxes."
"Fantastic views of sunrise and ocean. Loved the screened in deck, the rooftop deck for stargazing, the heated pool, and the “heated kiddie pool” (hot tub!). Bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. Could use a couple repairs (umbrellas by pool), but overall we were super pleased and would be happy to rent again!"
