"The Metropolitan is a very modern fitted house in the Outer Banks. As soon as you enter, you realize the owners took the time to make the décor match throughout, giving it a very sleek and contemporary vibe. The layout is great, with each bedroom including its own bathroom. The upstairs great room and kitchen (very well equipped) is wide open and great for large gatherings. The pool area is wonderful with the astroturf grass, outdoor speakers, and easily accessible hot tub under the deck in the shade. This house had it all and more! Highly recommend!"

"Our family found the house to be very clean, spacious and only a few minutes away from shopping and grocery store. The only down fall we had is that there was no beach access parking near the house we rented. This caused us to have to make multiple trips in order to get all of our beach chairs, umbrellas etc to the beach."

"This home was absolutely perfect for our extended family vacation. We appreciated the gorgeous decor, comfortable beds, bathrooms for each bedroom, and lovely pool and outdoor space. We were worried about the distance to the beach with no parking allowed anywhere other than the house, but we shuttled family to the beach entrance and then the m driver used the bike that was stored at the house to join them. The house does back to the main road, but you couldn’t hear the cars at all in the house and we hardly noticed them while outside at the pool. The kitchen is gorgeous and the two refrigerators upstairs (with one downstairs) and the two dishwashers were so appreciated. The house also had several chairs, two boogie boards, a wagon, and a sand wagon. We didn’t use much of the equipment, but it was a nice touch. I’d highly recommend this house!"
