Inside, you’ll find a reimagined Crow’s Nest with two new swivel chairs, side table and lighting. The Level 3 Great Room features cream leather swivel recliners, brand-new furniture for Level 2 Ensuite 3, and fresh bedding and artwork throughout a newly painted interior. We’ve brightened the entire home with nearly 100 new recessed lights and updated the foyer with stunning new tile. The gourmet-ready kitchen is now fully restocked with premium cookware and a new Keurig, while the outdoor oasis beckons with a brand-new pool heater, new grill, and an upgraded lounging area. Complete with a new outdoor shower and foot wash station, this home is more ready than ever to host your dream coastal getaway!
“The Gem” is an eight-bedroom oceanfront that checks all the boxes for a perfect OBX vacation! Located directly on the oceanfront, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and nearby Jennette’s Pier. Whether you like to hang out inside or outside, there’s something for everyone at this coastal retreat.
Entering the home on level one, you will find two of the eight ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. A media room with foosball and a kitchenette round out the space, making it a great place to hang out, separate from the main living floor. You’ll be able to access the backyard pool area and private beach walkway from the lower level as well. Moving up to level two, you’ll find the majority of sleeping arrangements. Each of the five ensuite bedrooms has its own bathroom, and two of the bedrooms have direct deck access. The rec room on this level features a pool table and a kitchenette, providing an additional place to gather and enjoy each other's company.
Coming up to the top floor, you’ll find the spacious, open great room, featuring large windows that highlight the gorgeous ocean view. Kick back and relax in the comfortably furnished living area. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for preparing meals, from quick breakfasts to elaborate dinners. The nearby dining area is made for gathering. The final ensuite bedroom, with a private bathroom, is also on the top floor. There’s plenty of space for the whole family to get comfortable in the great room, or you can nestle up with a book in the reading nook.
Outside on the spacious deck, take in the salty ocean breeze and stunning views of the Atlantic. Make a splash in the private pool or relax in the hot tub.
Just a short stroll from Jennette's Pier and some classic dining spots, like Sam & Omies, you will love the versatility of this area of South Nags Head. Take advantage of the short drive to Manteo, or book a fishing charter out of Oregon Inlet. There is no shortage of activities to do in South Nags Head. The area located from Jennette's Pier at milepost 16.5 to milepost 21 is known as South Nags Head. Beautiful, uncrowded beaches are the highlight of this largely undeveloped residential section of the Outer Banks. Classic Old Nags Head style cottages are intertwined with modern seaside retreats offering peaceful respite from the everyday.
