The common areas are designed for connection and enjoyment. On the top level of the home, the great room serves as the hub of the house. The living area is comfortably furnished, great for gathering in the evenings for a family movie night. Outside on the deck, the ocean view is the perfect backdrop for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a cold beverage in the afternoon. The kitchen is as attractive as it is functional, featuring dual dishwashers and everything needed to whip up beach lunches, seafood dinners, or morning pancakes without missing a beat. Two tables in the nearby dining area ensure that everyone can enjoy meals together. Two cocktail tables in the living area can be used for additional seating during meals or for working on a puzzle throughout the week. An additional sofa can be found in a sunny space across the room, ideal for curling up with a good book.
On the middle floor, the den features a comfortable sofa, TV, and foosball, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. In the evenings, gather around the pool table in the rec room on the ground floor for some friendly competition. To switch it up, there is a ping pong topper for the pool table. If you’d prefer to lounge, there is a space in the rec room, perfect for teens or adults who need fun indoors. Easily access cold drinks from the nearby refrigerator.
Outside, make a splash in the private pool, which includes a waterfall feature. The hot tub invites lazy evenings of soaking. When it’s time to get your toes in the sand, the beach access is just across the cul-de-sac, making for easy trips to and from the house if needed.

When you’re ready to venture out, nearby Corolla attractions add variety to every day, with historic shops in Corolla Village and boutique shopping in Timbuck II Shopping Village, all within easy driving distance for afternoons off the beach.
