Pack your flip flops and head to “Coral Reef”, your one stop destination for vacation fun! Located on the oceanside of Route 12 in Corolla, the community beach access is just a stroll away, using the Corolla Greenway and quiet streets in Ocean Sands Section C. With eight bedrooms and plenty of areas to gather, your entire family will appreciate all that this well-appointed home has to offer. Furry family members are welcome too, as this home is pet friendly.
The great room on the top level is open and airy, with many windows to allow natural light to fill the space. Outside on the deck, relax and soak in the sunshine. Back inside, the living area is comfortably furnished and ready for lounging around with loved ones. During the cooler months of the year, a gas fireplace is available for use in the living area. The spacious kitchen is stocked with all equipment necessary to prepare meals for the duration of your stay, just add groceries. Getting groceries and luggage from the ground floor up to the second and third levels is made easier using the elevator. Enjoy meals together in the dining area nearby. If additional dining space is needed, a table and chairs are available in the ship’s watch, also the perfect place to play a hand of cards or put together a puzzle throughout your stay. There are two dishwashers in the kitchen to help with cleanup after big family meals. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck.
On the middle level of the home, there are two additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms can be found on the second floor, and one has a semi-private full bathroom. All of the bedrooms on the second level have access to the covered deck. Laundry facilities are also available on the middle floor.
On the ground floor of the home, you’ll find the final master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the ground floor as well. In addition, there is a cabana bathroom that connects to both the interior of the home and the pool area. Spend many evenings gathered around the pool table in the rec room. Comfortable seating and a TV are also included in the rec room if you’d prefer to relax. A kitchenette with a full refrigerator is nearby so refreshments can be readily available.
Outside, your fun in the sun oasis awaits. Make a splash in the private pool, or simply hang out in the poolside cabana. Split your family into two teams and play one another in volleyball for OBX vacation bragging rights. After volleyball, soak any muscle soreness away in the hot tub. The yard is fenced, providing some space for your furry family members to run around. Have fun and make memories at “Coral Reef” in Corolla!
