The top floor features a large King master bedroom with its own private deck access. The upper level also offers space for the whole group. The great room boasts plenty of seating, a fireplace, and a flat screen tv. The dining room and well-equipped kitchen lie side by side to ensure convenience. After a long day at the beach or a nice meal, the deck and screened-in porch provide the perfect spot for you and your group to enjoy the salty ocean breezes, the countless stars, and each other's company.
The middle floor consists of a den/office area, and several bedrooms. The office area contains a work desk, tv, and Queen sleeper sofa. Three King master bedrooms and one master bedroom with two bunk bed sets make up the rest of the floor. All four master bedrooms have private deck access which will lead you to more ocean views!
The fun continues on the bottom floor with a pool table, kitchenette, flat screen tv, and central stereo. Additionally, there is a master bedroom with two singles. The bottom floor is a perfect spot to hang out and have fun while having direct access to the pool. Featuring stunning deck views, private beach access, hot tub, pool, and a multitude of amazing features inside, Serenity II supplies the perfect place to make lasting family memories.

"The owners were so thoughtful about kitchen cooking needs and dishes. All the cabinets were labeled so it wasn’t difficult to find everything. Also the house was well stocked with well kept beach chairs and sand toys including a tote to carry them."

Could not locate the instruction book for the sound system, etc. Our techie members were not able to get some of the equipment to work. "The views from the living area and back deck are spectacular. The elevator makes getting groceries to the upper level and suitcases to any level a breeze, especially for the older generation, but also for anyone. The house is well-furnished and the kitchen well equipped."
"This was our first time at Serenity II. The home was just as it looked in the photos. It felt beachy without being kitschy. The private beach access from every level was nice to have. There were great views of the ocean from the top level, which you don't always get with the height of the dunes. The elevator was very helpful to my spouse who has knee issues. Convenient to HT and Food Lion, Bernie's Brother and the sunset at Whalehead. All in all we loved it."
"Great week at an amazing house. The house is well equipped and tons of space. The sound system and Televisions are not user friendly unless you have some tech experience. Paid for the pool to be open and heated. Pool never warmed up to a nice temp. Besides those two tiny things this house is a 5 star and I will rent again if I can get a week in September of 2023"

"This house is one of our all-time favorites. Great location. Plenty of nice deck furniture on top deck, although the deck itself needs to be updated - a little rough on bare feet. Pool well maintained. Didn’t realize there was an extra ice machine in living room until halfway through the week, although wasn’t really looking for it either. Comfortable beds. House needs some minor maintenance- door locks need to be updated - hard to lock top floor doors but understandable with salt air. Fully-equipped kitchen with actual sharp knives, which is a first. Kitchen appliances are older but adequate with two dishwashers, which came in handy and a fridge with a hardworking ice maker. We had a great week and hope to be back next year."
