"Beach'N'It had a lot of features to like - the distance to the beach was great and there were many,many bedrooms. Things that were not to like were the carpet on all of the floors and too many dated features, like all of the bathrooms. The pool area needed to be weeded and the front steps could use updating to correct the aging wood."

"We LOVE this home!! Having two pools is amazing for our family, we love how spacious and well kept the home is and it's super stocked with anything that we could need!! The inside surround sound is awesome for family movie nights and the upgraded outdoor speakers were also nice! We love having a fridge on the ground level for snacks by the pool and also a half bath with a pool entrance. The beach is about a 90 second walk too which is perfect with little kids!! Twiddy has also always been lovely to work with."
