"This was our fourth year in Corolla and the first year we all agreed this house was a definite “book again”. The layout, especially two masters on the third level, the distance to the beach and the neighborhood! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The beds are great, furniture is great. The kitchen isn’t stocked as well as I’d hoped but I’m always prepared with my own essentials so no worries there. We really enjoyed just hanging out on the dune deck. This house is an absolute gem! The owners really did a great job with everything. Very clean when we arrived too."

"The house is well-appointed with plenty of space in each room, nice furnishings, and a fully functioning gourmet kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the curtains great for blocking light and heat from the sun, and for opening to let the views in. A major plus of the house was the fabulous outdoors. Very entertaining and engaging purple martins were a benefit in keeping the area clear of annoying small insects. We loved watching them interact with each other. Their amazing acrobatic flying skills and their cheerful chirps added to our enjoyment of the house. We loved the mature and well tended sand dune and the views from all windows were spectacular. The private walkway to the beach was in great shape and we loved sitting at the picnic table overlooking the beach. The beach itself was not crowded and we saw many pelicans, seagulls, dolphins, and osprey hunting nearby. Overall, We loved the privacy and access to the beach, the views, the purple martins, and the gorgeous house. Would recommend highly."
