"The features I like best are the location of the home , and the fact that every bedroom is a master bedroom. We also love the layout of the home. My family loves to gather and sit in the ship’s watch together. The pool area is very nice. The kitchen is very well stocked for all of our cooking needs."

"Home is well kept. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of parking and places to store bikes, beach chairs and beach toys. Endless desks with lots of chairs. Fabulous view of the ocean. Lots of neat places to sit and relax."

"The house perfectly met our needs. We had a large group of 13 but the layout of the house allowed everyone to sleep comfortably and there were plenty of bathrooms! The house was spacious and provided a place for us to be together or spread out to have quiet time. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay."

"The house is perfect. Only a few steps to the beach entrance. The location in the court provides privacy. The pools for afternoons was terrific. I love the house layout- places to gather for games and meals coupled with private little nooks inside and out where one can just relax."

"The home was beautiful, comfortable and well cared for inside and out. It's clear the owners give loving attention to the home, and care about it personally. The location is perfect. Even with a new house having been bult in front, with being three lots from the beach and on a quiet cul-de-sac, it maintains beautiful views of the ocean and the lighthouse, with a feeling of privacy that's rare to find on the Outer banks provided by its expansive lot. The well stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook for a crowd. And the large two-level decks make it easy to find a quite private spot to read. We enjoyed our week in North Carolina's version paradise and will certainly be back soon!"

"This home has it all! Loved the bedroom layout and all the little areas to hang out. Sunroom, ships watch, hammock. The deck was expansive and the view was great. Pool area is roomy and the colored night lights are a great touch. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any house I’ve stayed in. The walk to the beach was super close. Also loved the location in Ocean Hill."

The house was well laid out with multiple getaway locations from the pool to the hot tub to the Hamic to the swing and the sunroom and all the decks."

"This home Patricia is the most amazing beach house! It has everything a family would want n a vacation. They have thought out the entire house. Many separate but on the same floor areas for gathering. Great breakfast nook, as well as reading nook. Great hot tub location and the pool is perfect for all. Each bedroom has an on suite bathroom. This home will exceed all your expectations!"
"Great location, 3rd floor layout was great with ships watch and breakfast nook. Bunk room on 1st floor seemed to have frames for trundle bed under bunks but no mattresses. Please consider adding as a future option."
"We have vacationed at this lovely home since it was first built, and enjoy returning as often as we can. You can't beat the view from the great room and top floor master! The location just off the beach entrance makes lugging a day's worth of supplies so much easier, and is ideal for a quick trip back for lunch or snacks. Recent updates of the kitchen area and careful annual curation by the owners have kept this house as fresh as the day it was built. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped. The WIFI worked perfectly, which was important for those who needed to check into work. Our group enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub, dinners on the deck, watching movies in the great room and all the thoughtful touches such as beachy books and puzzles to pass the time. Our only suggestion is perhaps a couple more beach chairs, which would be helpful for groups with more adults/teens."
