"The pool was great! The location of the house was ideal, being close to the beach and secluded yet close enough to the stores. The house was equipped with good amenities, decent pots, pans, griddles and utensils all in good shape. Rooms were perfect with bathrooms attached to each. Overall very good rental property. Our only issue was that the hardwood floor needed to be mopped. Although appearing clean, when walking on it in bare feet your feet turned black. Would rent this house again. Almost forgot to mention that the double dishwasher turned out to be extremely helpful along with the ice maker."
"We loved the private pool with the tanning shelf as this was great for our young kids. The pool bar area made it easy to access water and drinks at the pool without having to use a cooler or come inside the home, and the ground-level bathroom was great and easily accessible while outside! It was also nice being able to see the ocean from the living room despite not being ocean front. The distance to the beach access was also nice and the beach wasn’t crowded at all! We loved staying at this home."

"Love this house! All bedrooms were masters, updated bathrooms. Open floor plan, large dining table, kitchen was huge! We loved the built in ice maker! What a great idea! Also the bottled water that was replaced mid-week. Saving the best for last…the pool/outdoor bar area was amazing! TV behind the bar for watching sports, large pool, and great hot tub. Decor of this house was outstanding. It was obvious that the owners wanted to make it beachy and beautiful! Short walk to beach access, no crowding whatsoever on the beach. Definitely recommend this home."

"The home was beautiful. The owners took extra steps to include instructions for audio/visual equipment. They also left a Welcome Packet with information regarding restaurants and things to do in the area. Home was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the pool area. Definitely will be coming back."
"We really enjoyed our week in this beautiful home! We have stayed in several OBX homes over the years, and we all agreed that this was the best one yet! The home was clean and well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen. The close proximity to the beach was perfect and so easy to go back and forth. The exterior could use a good power washing, as could the deck furniture. However, the pool, pool deck and cabana area were clean and in great condition. We hope to stay here again!"

We appreciate your feedback as this provides us with direct information on what renters enjoy and what they want to see improved.
