It felt like your own personnel beach, not crowded. Everything we wanted to do was in close proximity. Location, location, location. We had a small issue with a shower and some lights near the pool, called Twiddy, not expecting them to come that day, but Twiddy quickly sent someone over and the issues were taken care of. Very pleased with the service."

"This was our fifth year at Transition Time. We love this house! It fits our family perfectly with a unique style of having two main bedrooms on the top floor. The house is lovely and well equipped with everything we need for a fun week at the beach. The ocean view is gorgeous!! Twiddy was great as always (we have used Twiddy since 1994!!)."
"Our vacation home was perfect for our big group of 10 adults and 6 children! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves and having coffee or a nightcap in the upstairs sun room next to the kitchen! My only complaint would be the pool not being cleaned when we arrived (glass at the bottom), and the dirty sliding doors throughout the house with hand prints all over them. I think it would be helpful to leave a few cleaning products under the sink for guests, just in case something was missed by housekeeping. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and would love to return to the Outer Banks again!"

"The house was a nice size and the bedroom/bathroom count were good. The elevator was very helpful for luggage and groceries. There was ample room for everyone to hang out as well as eat meals."
"The house was big enough for our family. It has everything or more of what we expected. The pool, the hot tub, the gazebo and our own beach was just amazing. The view is priceless. We had problems with air conditioning water leak in the main master's bedroom but was resolved the next day. The house was clean but there was a musty smell in some of the bedrooms on the second level (not sure if that was just because of the proximity to the water). All the garbage cans were not emptied and we had to call Twiddy and they emptied some to make room for our garbage. Overall, it was a great and fun vacation!"

Thanks for reporting the dishwasher issue. The upper racks have been fixed and both dishwashers are now fully operational.
"This was a great house for our group of 20. We felt we had enough space, while still getting to enjoy each other. The kitchen had everything we needed, and allowed for multiple people in the kitchen without stepping on each other. We will plan to stay here again. Thank you."
