"Castle on the Sand had the most well stocked kitchen we have ever seen! The house was decorated great and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The outside was amazing! The pool was in the sun all day, which is a must for us, and the bar area provided shade for us older people! The TV and the refrigerator out there were an added bonus that was great! The ice makers were used plenty and were so appreciated. There were 2 blenders in the house but neither worked so I texted Twiddy and they replaced them with a new one immediately! Thank you one of the best houses we have stayed at over the past 20+ years of vacationing in the OBX!!"

"Very pleasantly surprised by how well the kitchen was outfitted. 4 coffee pots, electric griddle, crock pot, 2 blenders, 2 four slice toasters all went to make our stay more enjoyable. However, the dishwasher was very temperamental, frustrating us more than once."

"This was one of the nicest home we have stayed at in the six times we have been to to outerbanks. The full wet bar with refrigerator and tv by the pool was great for watching football and relaxing in the pool. This house was made for entertaining with the 2 large ice makers. A short walk to the beach or drive to the 4x4 beach."
