"Beds were very comfortable. Pool was great. Hot tub was relaxing!! Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Definitely a plus to have an elevator. And the theater room was awesome for watching football."

"The view is wonderful. The new decking is great as are the new sliders. The kitchen is always well stocked. Air conditioning works very well. Elevator works well for my handicapped daughter. Thankful for that. The theater room is fun. The pool was clean (but very shallow) with lots of seating and lounges. The location is terrific with Corolla Pizza and the Beer Garden so near. :)"

"The furniture on the second deck was amazing. The pool table could be replaced wasn't in the best shape. The jacuzzi and pool area was great but grass was a bit overgrown all in all I would give the house a 9 out of 10"

Plenty of room for everyone - media room was great - but instructions on how to use it would have been greatly appreciated. Only suggestion would be to add an area rug on the third floor-may make it a little quieter for the people below."

"We stayed here 2yrs ago and the up grades were really an approvement, flooring, bedding,furniture. We enjoyed the spacious pool and the hot tub. Extra Beach chairs and the wagon was a nice add. We loved the view and the chairs added on the deck. Kids loved the theater after a hot day on the beach."

"The home is in an ideal location. Quick walk to the beach across the street. The hotbtub and pool are an added bonus as well as the elevator for loading and unloading and one of our group has difficulty walking."

"Overall this is a great house. It appears to be a work in progress and we look forward to staying there again next year. Easy beach access to beautiful beaches. A variety of bedroom options and bath options provides something for everyone. New mattresses provided the best sleep possible. Heat pumps kept every floor comfortable. Kitchen was open and updated. However, please bring paper plates because the new dishwashers are not cleaning properly. The elevator was wonderful. The decks need some attention and a tall supportive armchair in the living room would be a nice complement to the elevator."
"The location of the home is great. The maintenance of the home leaves something to be desired. With little effort I could give this home 5 stars. Better outside furniture, replace lightbulbs inside, perform basic maintenance. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but if you have some kitchen tools you can't live without, bring them with you to be safe."
