Summer Salt is situated on a beautiful lot with the privacy of a fenced in backyard, grilling area and plenty of poolside seating! After morning coffee on the deck and a fun day at the beach, rinse the sand away in the outdoor shower, take a refreshing dip in the private pool, and head to the sound-front for a gorgeous sunset over the water! Upon returning, soak the evening away in the private hot tub and enjoy the ease of cooking out in your own backyard with the convenience of a gas grill and full kitchenette closeby! The rec-room with a pool table sits adjacent to the theatre room for a fun-filled day or night that the whole group can enjoy! Two King Master Bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and a third bedroom with a common bath down the hall complete this level of the home.
Level two of the home has five Master Bedrooms, each with it’s own private bathroom as well as the laundry room. Moving to the top level of this beautiful Corolla home, you will find the final two king Master Bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a half bath for the common area. The thoughtfully designed open floor plan on the top level allows you plenty of space to gather in the great room or dining area. The kitchen features double appliances to make cooking for a large crowd a breeze; two refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers are there for your convenience.
