This home is an ideal vacation retreat for those seeking quiet relaxation or a schedule filled with coastal activities.
Corolla Light is a wristband community. Each guest must have a wristband to use any community amenities. This home provides 12 wristbands.

"So many things about Sunny Delight beach home is awesome. The short walk to the beach for a sunrise stroll and a daily trip to our “favorite” bakery: Northern Lights for a fresh baked treat and coffee. The home met our needs with its very well stocked kitchen, a separate beverage refrigerator and ice maker. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for each of us to have our own room and bath. Close proximity to shops and the Corolla Lighthouse and Village and a short drive to the Butcher Block for meat and seafood or either grocery store. The Corolla Light community is well kept and the employees and residents are very friendly. We have been visiting the OBX for many years and stayed in different areas and different homes throughout the island. Hands down Corolla Light Resort and Sunny Delight is tops on our list."

"This home was great! We love the location (close to the beach) and the Corolla Light community. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of rooms and decks for all to enjoy. The bar area and beverage refrigerator were also a hit. We cook most of our meals in and the only thing we were unable to locate was a cheese grater, in other words it was WELL stocked! Looking forward to our next trip! Love the OBX!"

"We had a wonderful time in K802 Sunny Delight, the home an easy walk to and from the ocean side pools and beach, in fact right outside the back door! Thanks for the use of beach chairs and boogie board! Outside showers are warm with line right there to hang towels and wet suits! Loved the new hot tub steps from bedrooms. Kitchen is well appointed no need to bring all your spices, and cooking there is a cook's dream. The grill off the kitchen is wonderful and thanks for the boil pot we forgot ours. The home is very clean, easy walk to the bakery, and other stores. Can't say enough good things about this lovely beach home. Hopefully, we can return again soon!"
