"This was our third year renting this house. We love the location, the ocean view, so close to ALL the amenities, Northern Lights Bakery (every morning) and Ned's Ice Cream every evening. mmmm The new porch furniture was a wonderful addition. We really like how they made the little room off the kitchen a sitting area with a love seat and two comfy chairs. We could sit there and watch the light house at night. Just wonderful!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Southern Star. The house was spacious and the great room was perfect for watching the Olympics -no matter what time of the day. The weather was "iffy" but the pool and hot tub definitely helped us get into beach mode. When the sun was out, it was a short walk to the beach walkway and we had rented umbrellas and chairs which were always there. The dining room table was large and we grilled every night on the gas grill. We thought this was a great beach house !"
"We have stay in Corolla Light Resort b4,from beach front to ocean side and all house have some problems!...its the beach...this house was no exception,only major problem was lower bedroom at night had alot of ants! STILL this house i rated 5 stars because overall condition and its beautful beach decoration thru out the house (it also has 2 full size refrigerator's in kitchen). we would difinitely would stay here again.....Twiddy Co i would also rate 5 stars!!"
"Very nice home. The location is fantastic to the beach. The great room and kitchen are wonderful areas for entertaining and relaxing. The bedrooms are nice size and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are really fun for kids and the entire family. The resort area is fun for everyone. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a vacation in Corolla!"
"This home is just perfect. The view of the ocean makes you feel like you are staying in an ocean front home. There is plenty of space for a larger family with tons of activities - Pool table, Games, Hot Tub, Outdoor pool, Books, and plenty of space to play family games etc.... The location to the beach access could not be more perfect. We highly recommend this home for an Outer Banks vacation"
