Situated directly on the soundfront in Corolla Light, the home offers beautiful water views and front-row seats to unforgettable sunsets. Start the morning with coffee on the deck overlooking the sound, spend the day exploring, then come back to watch the sky turn golden over the water.
The great room on the top floor is the home's hub and gives everyone a place to gather. The comfortably furnished living area is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. In the kitchen, two dishwashers make cleanup easier after family meals, and the dining area is ready for dinner, games, and lingering conversations. Head up to the ship’s watch for a quiet spot to read and take in the view, or step outside onto the screened porch to enjoy the breeze. The mid-level den offers an additional place to hang out, while the rec room keeps the fun going with arcade games, foosball, air hockey, and a wet bar with a refrigerator, so refreshments can always be handy. Kids can take over downstairs for an afternoon of games while adults enjoy some quiet time upstairs.
Outside, the soundfront pool and hot tub are surrounded by live oak trees, creating a peaceful setting for sunny afternoon swims and sunset soaks. Relax poolside, gather for a family swim, or settle into the hot tub for a restorative soak
Six bedrooms give everyone space to unwind, with several offering private ensuite bathrooms. Some ensuite bedrooms also provide deck access, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the fresh air first thing in the morning.
Corolla Light offers plenty of amenities to enjoy, including pools, tennis and pickleball, basketball, a fitness center, recreation areas, and an oceanfront complex with beach access. The seasonal trolley runs throughout the community, making it easy to get around without driving. Nearby, Corolla’s shops, restaurants, historic village, and famous wild horses offer plenty of reasons to explore. Back at “Sound & Sol,” another beautiful sunset is always waiting!
Corolla Light is a wristband community. Each guest must have a wristband to use any community amenities. This home provides 12 wristbands.
