The home's main living area features large floor-to-ceiling windows, a 65" TV with access to hundreds of cable and streaming channels, a video and book library, and plenty of games and puzzles.
The house was recently updated in 2023 with new flooring, a new dining table/ chairs, new kitchen & bar cabinets, and bar stools that lead to a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and new kitchen cabinets. The attractive kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to prepare meals during your vacation. Watch the waves and dolphins while preparing meals and enjoy them together in the dining area, or dine outdoors on the screened porch. Outside, the expansive wrap-around decks are a highlight of the home. A mixture of outdoor furniture and built-in bench seating can be found throughout the deck. Enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful sunrise over the ocean as you relax on the ocean-facing covered deck. The sun deck on the front of the house is also a great place to chat with family and listen to the waves crash nearby.
The living area has a bar with a beverage/ wine fridge, cabinets, extra seating, and access to the back deck. This level includes a queen bedroom with ocean views, a bunk room, and a full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy the covered, wraparound deck with incredible ocean views and plenty of seating for your whole crew! Enjoy soaking and relaxing in the hot tub while watching the ocean too!
The upper level includes a king bedroom with expansive ocean views, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a steam shower, wall jets, separate vanities, and an oversized tub. This level also includes another king bedroom with ocean views, deck access, a queen bedroom with ocean views, deck access, and a bedroom with ocean and lighthouse views. The full bathroom has a shower with wall jets, a rain shower, and a hand sprayer.
The lower level of the home includes a washer & dryer, and outside an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning table with sink, gas and charcoal grills, beach chairs, and plenty of sand toys that are steps away to direct beach access via a Corolla Light's walkway that lead to the lifeguarded beach. Enjoy the convenience of staying at an oceanfront home that is steps away from the beach without any streets to cross.
