Upgrades for 2026 include complete renovations of the Level 3, Level 2 North, and Level 2 South master bathrooms, with new flooring, showers, lighting, and fixtures. Soaking tubs will be added in the top-level ensuite and the Level 2 South master bathroom, and all bedrooms will feature new bedding. Recent upgrades include new king and queen mattresses throughout, a new refrigerator in the Level 3 kitchen, new siding, windows, decking, steps, and railings, new bedroom carpeting, fresh interior and exterior paint, and new smart TVs throughout the house.

The home features six spacious bedrooms, many with their own private bathrooms and several with ocean views. The top-level master suite offers a private bathroom. Three additional master bedrooms on the middle level each have a private bathroom and access to the covered deck. One additional bedroom and a full bathroom are available on the second floor.
