"Get ready to turn over a “New Life” at this Outer Banks retreat that isn’t just a vacation home, it’s a revival for the soul! Offering ocean views and situated a short walk from the beach, this pet friendly home is located in the coveted Corolla Light community, blending coastal tranquility with immediate access to top-tier sound to ocean resort amenities. The home is just steps away from an exclusive oceanfront complex, offering multiple pools, a restaurant , beach access, a playground, as well as lighted basketball, volleyball, and shuffleboard courts. During the summer months, Corolla Light offers planned activities, many of which are just outside the door of this beach house. Comfort and convenience converge at this comfortable OBX vacation home.
As you arrive at the home, you are greeted by mature, attractive landscaping, as well as two driveways and access to a garage. The top-level great room features soaring windows to highlight those ocean vistas, alongside comfortable seating, inviting you to kick back and relax. At night, in the opposite direction, you’ll see the glow of the Currituck Beach Lighthouse nearby. The cooks in your group will love the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Getting groceries up to the third floor of the home is a breeze using the home’s elevator. Ample dining space for all is available in the adjacent dining area and kitchen barstool seating. If you prefer to dine outdoors and enjoy the ocean breeze, there is ample seating just outside on the sun deck. There is one master bedroom on the top level, which includes deck access and a whirlpool tub in the private bathroom. A convenient half bathroom rounds out this level for easy living.
On the middle level, you’ll find two master suites, each with deck access and a private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom between them. Outside on the deck, enjoy a relaxing soak in the bubbling hot tub. The final bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor of the home. At nearly 4,000 sq. ft., New Life gives you more elbow room than most 6 bedroom homes. On the lowest level, the rec room invites pool-table showdowns, while the foosball table in the garage keeps the fun rolling. Refreshments are always nearby, as there is a wet bar in the rec room and a full-size refrigerator in the garage.
Outside, make a splash in the refreshing private pool. Just outside of the pool gate, you’ll find a patio with a built-in grill and an outdoor dining area, as well as a beautifully landscaped cornhole area. A variety of outdoor seating options are available in the outdoor areas on all three levels.
Corolla Light is an award-winning sound-to-ocean community in the northern Outer Banks that is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The 4x4 beaches are just over 1 mile away from New Life. Offering great community amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, sports courts, sports pavilion/gym, an in-season trolley, planned activities, and more.
