The community trolley regularly stops right by the house, making it a breeze to hop on and catch a ride to the beach.

The pool was super convenient, but we really liked the proximity to the club pool (literally next door), along with the playground. Some family members really liked having the Rec Center across the street as well. The house if beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for our gang."

I loved the updates that had been done since last year such as new carpet, painting on the inside and out. Really made a difference. I love the swing especially but the double swing was missing this year."
