K217Welcome to “Monkey Sea,” a charming vacation home in Corolla! This six-bedroom coastal retreat offers an inviting mix of modern amenities and coastal charisma. Located in the Corolla Light community, a wide selection of community amenities and convenient beach access add to the home’s allure.
The top level boasts a spacious great room with high ceilings, a gas fireplace for use during cooler months of the year, comfortable furnishings, and a TV, perfect for family movie nights. Cooks in your group will love the attractive, fully equipped kitchen, which includes an island and two dishwashers for effortless cleanup. The dining area opens to a screened porch, ideal for dining outdoors. Outside on the deck, there are various seating options to choose from, whether you’re relaxing with your morning coffee or enjoying charcuterie and beverages in the early evening. The kids in your group will love the sitting area on the home’s ground floor, as it is equipped with comfortable furniture, a TV, and an arcade game.
There is one master bedroom on the top level, which includes access to the deck and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Four additional master bedrooms are on the second floor, each with a private bathroom. Two of the master bedrooms have access to the covered deck. The final bedroom and a full bathroom are located on the ground floor.
Step outside and make a splash in the private pool, or lounge around by the pool in the sunshine. With the beach just a short walk away, you’ll have easy access to sunbathing and oceanfront adventures. After a long day outdoors, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub. Corolla Light offers an impressive selection of community amenities, many within walking distance of the home. The oceanfront complex with multiple pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball, pickleball courts, nature trails, a playground, and an indoor fitness center and pool add to the fun. During the summer season, there is a trolley that runs throughout the neighborhood to transport you to and from the community amenities.

Corolla Light is a wristband community. Each guest must have a wristband to use any community amenities. This home provides 12 wristbands.
