Centrally located in the heart of Corolla Light, this home is within walking distance of the beach and many community amenities. Enjoy views of the Currituck Lighthouse from the spacious decks. Featuring a thoughtful layout with six bedrooms and fun amenities, there’s something for everyone in the family at this charming pet friendly beach house.
On the third level of the home, the great room is open and bright, with high ceilings and many windows to allow natural light to fill the space. Unwind with loved ones in the cozy living area—the perfect spot for deep conversation, a movie marathon, or cheering on your favorite team. The ship’s watch is the perfect place to play a board game or put a puzzle together throughout your stay. The nearby kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals during your stay, just add groceries. Two dishwashers are a big help when it’s time to clean up after family meals. Meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area or at the table outside on the deck. There is one master bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the third level.
The second level of the home consists of sleeping quarters, with four master bedrooms. Each master bedroom includes a private bathroom as well as access to the covered decks. Enjoy many restorative soaks in the hot tub, located under the covered decks on the middle level. The final bedroom is on the ground floor of the home and includes a semi-private bathroom. In the evenings, everyone will want to hang out around the pool table in the rec room on the ground floor of the home. The laundry room can also be found on the ground floor of the home.
Outside, take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around poolside. When you’re ready to venture out, there is plenty to do within walking distance of the home. Corolla Light has an impressive catalog of amenities nearby, including community tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, a playground, and the oceanfront pool complex, which includes beach access. In season, there is a community-wide trolley that can be used to easily access other amenities, such as the indoor tennis courts and fitness center, indoor pool, and soundside community pool.
