The name of this home has changed from "It's All Good Now" to "Sound Choice". For the 2027 season, the check in day for this home will change from Sunday to Saturday. The Level 2 Ensuite 4 bedding will change from 2 Twins to 2 Bunk Sets. This home will allow 1 dog for no additional fee or deposit, with a 2nd dog allowed for a fee (HOA prohibits pit bulls).
Planned updates for the 2027 season include fresh interior paint throughout the home, creating a feature wall behind the great room TV and the coffee bar area and upgraded lighting features!

The top level is where everyone naturally comes together. Expansive windows showcase sweeping views of the Currituck Sound, filling the open layout with natural light and coastal serenity. The well-equipped kitchen features two dishwashers, ample counter space and everything needed to cook for a crowd. A dedicated coffee bar with both Keurig and drip coffee makers ensures easy, energized mornings. Unwind in the comfortable living area for family movie nights, enjoy meals in the dining space, or step out onto the soundfront deck to savor a breathtaking sunset after dinner. This floor also includes a beautifully appointed ensuite with a private full bath, plus a conveniently located half bath between the top and second levels.
The second level is designed with relaxation in mind, featuring three king ensuite bedrooms. A bunk room with a full bath provides an ideal space for kids or teens, and a centrally located laundry room adds convenience throughout your stay.
On the ground level, you’ll find two additional king ensuite bedrooms. The rec room offers a laid-back space to watch TV, play games, or unwind after a day on the beach. A convenient kitchenette with a refrigerator, ice maker and a half bath adds easy access for poolside or dockside activities. An elevator provides convenient access to every level of the home.
Step outside and discover why Sound Choice is truly exceptional. The private pool (optional heat available) includes a shallow lounging area that’s perfect for younger guests or simply cooling off in the sun, while the hot tub offers a relaxing spot beneath the stars. The home’s private dock on the Currituck Sound invites both adventure and tranquility - launch kayaks or paddleboards, go crabbing or fishing, or simply sit back and enjoy the unmatched views and sunsets that make Corolla so magical.
