The great room on the top level of the home features large picture windows that allow views of the soundside landscape to fill the room. The comfortable furnishings in the living area complement the view and abundance of natural light. The kitchen is as functional as it is attractive, as it is fully stocked with all equipment needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Consume meals together in the nearby dining area, which includes a wet bar that serves as a convenient coffee station. Step outside onto the soundfront deck to relax and enjoy the natural serenity. There is one master bedroom on the top floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the soundfront deck. There is a half bathroom included on the third floor as well.
The middle level of the home consists of four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and three with deck access. Laundry facilities can also be found on the second floor. There are two additional master bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a private bathroom. The rec room on the bottom level of the home has a pool table, for endless evenings of fun. There is also a kitchenette with a refrigerator to provide easy access to cold drinks and snacks from the rec room and the pool area.
The backyard invites you to spend the entire day outdoors. Make a splash in the private pool, which includes a wet deck, or lounge around in the sunshine. The grassy area provides a shady afternoon spot to relax with a good book. Grill dinner and enjoy it at the outdoor table on the patio nearby. Enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub. The private dock is the highlight of the backyard, as it juts out through the marsh grass into the Currituck Sound. There are gorgeous panoramic views of the Corolla soundfront, including the Currituck Lighthouse and Whalehead in Historic Corolla. The dock features a gazebo with seating and is an ideal spot to launch a kayak or stand-up paddleboard. In the late afternoon, head out to the dock with your favorite beverage, where you’ll be sittin’ when the evenin’ comes watching a stunning Outer Banks sunset on the sound.
