"We come to the OBX every year, but this was our first time on the sound side. The home rental was discounted which made it feasible for our group to attend. It was awesome being that close to water and experiencing the quiet beauty of the sound! Having five king bedrooms, access to an elevator, and the theatre room were all pluses for me."

"We LOVED this house! Our first time on the bay side, and it has been our favorite home we have rented so far! Elevator on unpacking & packing day makes life easier! Everyone enjoyed the dock, pool and hot tub. Everyone loved their rooms (no complaints from anyone about aches and pains in the mornings from mattress discomfort). We enjoyed the theater room…the younger kids spent lots of time there as there was no swimming on the beach the entire week. Twiddy did a great job quickly addressing a couple of things that needed tending to."

"The home was beautiful and we loved the elevator since we had elderly parents with us and young children. We loved the pool and the view of the sound from most of the bedrooms and windows. It ended up being a cool, rainy, and windy week but we were able to get some use out of all the amenities the house had to offer."

"Bella Vista II was the perfect choice for our family of 16. Shooting a game of pool and swimming in the pool were the most popular activities. We enjoyed the theater room, with its many movie service options, but the Blue Ray was not connected so we were unable to watch the DVDs we brought for the little ones. The sunset views from the decks were breathtaking, and the wildlife in the pond and nesting Ospreys were the icing on the cake. We had a couple minor issues with the house which Twiddy corrected immediately. Our only big issue was the stovetop not lighting, changing our meal plans for 3 evenings. The empty gas tank should have been remedied quicker. We received reimbursement for those meals, which was fair and acceptable to us. Overall, our stay was peaceful and the home fulfilled our expectations."
