"The Griffin's Den" is an upscale home located in the gated community of Buck Island. It is designed to be a pool and beach paradise with private beach access off the pool deck. While relaxing poolside, enjoy the custom stonework, large private gunite pool, quality polywood furniture, mature landscaping, and adjoining shaded pergola. This home also offers a well-equipped kitchen, tiki bar/billiard pool room, media room, and a Sonos sound system wired throughout the home. The great room is adjoined by two dining areas and an upper-level ship's watch. Buck Island offers amenities such as a community pool, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. Within walking distance there are many restaurants, abundant shopping, paddle boats and putt-putt golf.

Homeowner provided Beach Cabana Service from Memorial Day to Labor Day includes set up of one umbrella and six beach chairs for the 2024 season; for the 2025 season, two umbrellas and six beach chairs; two gas grills, picnic table, multiple smart TVs, pool table, two outside showers, two outdoor tables with umbrellas for shade.

"The house was wonderful...there were just a couple of things that need to be fixed, the top balcony has some posts that need to be replaced and the stair rail leading from the top deck to the pool area needs to be replaced....wobbly. We loved the furniture outside and the swings on the decks....owner provided lots of extra toys, bikes, chairs, etc....and the beach chairs and umbrellas set up every morning really helped with not having to carry down so much stuff to the beach. The only thing missing was an icemaker...but that was no biggie. Loved the grills being on the top deck also near the kitchen."
The deck and stair railing system was totally replaced with a new PVC system. A new exterior color scheme and interior painting were also completed during the 2022-2023 off season. Hope you like the fresher look

Not only does the private walkway provide you immediate access to the beach, its location away from the neighborhood access guarantees you a less-crowded beach, even on holidays
