The beds were very comfortable. The pool was a tad small, but it was nice to take a dip after being at the beach all day. Loved the cornhole in the yard as well as the hammock. Could have used a bit more shade around the pool. There was a smalll umbrella but it kept blowing over. All in all a great home. Would definitely stay here again."

"This was our second year staying at One More Day and we loved it just as much this year as last year! The house was as beautiful, well maintained and comfortable as last year. It still has everything we need for a week of relaxing, replenishing and resetting from our busy lives in the Northeast! This is just such a great layout for our three generations of family and our small dog, Matisse. The pool area with fun games and the "tiki hut" provided us hours of fun, shade and shelter from one or two late afternoon storms after our relaxing days on the beach (thank you for the beach chair/umbrella set up, it is much appreciated!). Plenty of outside deck space to sit and rock, or eat and of course, the screened in porch is just lovely. The Buck Island amenities, beautifully manicured grounds and tree lined drive (for shady walks with our little fella) were enjoyed by all. The location to restaurants, shopping and the Food Lion can't be beat...just being a bike ride away from Lighthouse Bagels and Big Bucks Creamery is a bonus! It's such a joy to spend a week at One More Day and we are very grateful you share this home with us and allow us to bring our dog, who is such an important family member. We have come to OBX for many years, and this is our favorite house. We look forward to our vacation here all year...One More Day does not disappoint! It is always worth the 8+ hour drive! 5 stars!! Thank you so much!"

"This house was the perfect home for three generations of our family to spend a delightful week by the sea! The location to the beach, shopping, restaurants and food options can't be beat. The house was well furnished, clean and comfortable. It is evident that this home is loved by the owners (very well maintained) and they truly want their renters to enjoy their time at One More Day. To be able to also bring our small dog (very important family member!) to enjoy the week with us is an added bonus! This house was not your typical "dog friendly" house as there was absolutely no trace (hair, smell, fur. etc.) of previous pet stays. We felt fortunate, and grateful to have spent the week here and look forward to returning next summer!"

"This was our second year at "One More Day". Loved it and already looking for our return next year. It's well furnished and accessorized. It was a short walk to the beach and a couple minutes to Food Lion and shopping / dining at Timbuck II. And when the beach wasn't in our plans...the on property pool certainly was (at least twice a day)"

From the host’s great attention to detail, comfy furnishings, and well-stocked kitchen to the very private pool and easy access to the beach, we loved every minute of our stay. We have visited Corolla since it was nothing more than a dirt road with a Wee Winks and a telephone booth next to the Post Office. This was our best stay ever! First time renting through Twiddy - service was top-notch. Can’t say enough good things about them. See you next year!"

"Very comfortable. Nice big pantry. Corn Hole boards and bags need to be replaced, but it's tough to play corn hole on the rocks anyway. Not that it mattered much, because we spent most time at the beach or lounging by the pool. Don't forget to find the book that explains the bikes and some other perks. It was our first time renting a beach house, so I learned I didn't have to pack beach chairs or pool floats, but I did have to purchase coffee filters! Parking is a bit of a challenge, but nothing that would really stop us from renting here again."
"One of the nicest homes we have rented in the 20 years coming to the Outer Banks. There is a second full refrigerator in the ground floor that came in handy."
