"We have rented with Twiddy since 2009 and tried to rent this house for the past three years. We have stayed next to it at both Regal Retreat (horrible beds) and Beach Break (no elevator). ClearView was nicer than we expected--especially the beds--and my family looks forward to coming back again in 2026. Hope the weather next year is less windy!"

"This was our 4th summer to enjoy the magnificent Clear View home with our children and grandchildren. The views of the ocean are spectacular, there's private access to the beach where chairs and umbrellas are set up for us each morning, the elevator makes carrying luggage and groceries to the upper floors easy,the professionally designed interior decor is beautiful as well as comfortable, the kitchen is incredibly well-equipped with double refrigerators and dishwashers and the stove's 6 burners are gas, which is unusual at a beach rental, the bedrooms are spacious, each with its own en suite bathroom, and the best part for the grandchildren is a large theater room with comfortable chairs and large screen, as well as a game room with pool table, shuffle board and video games machine. All of these attributes help make our vacation so enjoyable and memorable. Looking forward to renting it again each summer."

We especially loved that the house was quiet- we couldn’t hear the kids yelling and playing during the day and the kids couldn’t hear us laughing and playing games after they went to bed. "This was the 4th summer we’ve rented Clear View, the perfect beach house for a family vacation. . The name is well deserved with exquisite views of the ocean from almost all rooms. The furniture and decorations are well appointed and there wasn’t any amenity that the owners didn’t provide. Each of the 8 bedrooms has its own en suite with double sinks. It has its own walkway directly to the beach, where our chairs are set up by the Buck Island staff. We thank the owners for sharing their gorgeous home with us!"

"It’s a perfect location right on the beach. The views are phenomenal. There are ample bedrooms/bathrooms. It was VERY clean on arrival (both years since this was our second year). The kitchen is GREAT. We love to cook in, the two refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers are a huge plus. Finally, the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed and then some. Pool and hot tub enjoyed by all. Plenty of space for a family of 14."

The bedrooms are all well-appointed and quiet, and the beds are all very comfortable. All of the common spaces are well thought out, and the attention to detail in every room is exceptional. This home is like staying in a 5-star hotel, but with a lot more fun, a private pool and hot-tub, and an amazing beach thrown in!"

"Clear View Beach House has spectacular views of the ocean from almost every room. The furniture and decorations are designer quality and the kitchen is extremely well equipped for every type of cooking and baking—even has a gas range! The dining table is large enough for 16 people so our family could all eat together. In addition to being right on the beach, it also has a theatre room and great game room, so the day it rained, the kids (and adults) were entertained. The elevator was convenient transporting luggage and groceries Every bedroom has its own en-suite and several of them had desks for those who worked from home. The Wifi was excellent throughout the house. There is also 2 sets of washer and dryers so we didn’t have to wait to do our laundry. Also, our beach chairs and umbrellas were set up every morning for us. This was a perfect beach house for a perfect vacation."

"Great beachfront vacation home with every amenity! Have already reserved next year's visit! ONLY regret is there was no griddle for the great gas stove top. There was an electric griddle, but element were worn out and flat top would not heat in places. Otherwise this is a GREAT family vacation home!"
