"Our family has always loved our stays on the 4x4, and one of our favorite memories is of this beautiful, fresh, and spotless home. Both the design and decor are exceptional. My family is truly grateful for your generous hospitality in welcoming us into your home. I do have a few suggestions that could enhance the experience even more. Adding a refrigerator in the game room would be great for storing extra drinks and snacks. Comfortable seating on the private balconies would offer the perfect spot for couples to enjoy some quiet time together and a small table and chairs on the main deck balcony would be a nice touch."
"We loved that there was a pool and hot tub! We also appreciated the amount of bathrooms since we’re a big group. The wine cooler in the kitchen was also great since we brought a few bottles and weren’t expecting one to be there!"
"One Beach Memory is a beautiful home that has everything you couple ask for and is in the perfect location! This is our second rental but three weeks total in this home and it is more than a rental and investment you’ll never regret! From the convenience of the location to the comfortability of the well thought through home and the memories made, this place is a priceless investment in everyone’s memory banks! At the end of the day that is what we have forever so thank you to the owners for opening their doors to the public! We have stayed in many of homes in the OBX and this one by far is a family favorite!!"

"This house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. From the blankets, to the will stocked kitchen, there was nothing that was missing! Not only was it well supplied with necessities and amenities, the well thought through design of the house allows you to soak up every minute of being at the beach! Whether you are just waking up and looking out the window at the sunrise or coming up for a quick lunch, you can always see the beautiful beach and then closing out the night can still hear and see the sounds that you came for. Excellent home and thoughtful owners!"

Thank you for the feedback. We are working on adding more gravel, working with the builder to fix a few things, and add an ice maker.
