"The house was great and accessible to the beach. Pool and hot tub were nice and saw horses just about every day. Would definitely recommend this house."
"The best feature of the home was the kitchen. It is huge! It had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our family. The stairs were a little tricky for my elderly parents, but we anticipated that. The access to the beach was so easy. It was nice to be able to drive right up, set up, and have the vehicle available to go back to the house when ever we needed to. We enjoyed the horses coming right up to the pool patio. We were so sad to hear about the stallion being hit."

"Xanadune is such a great vacation home. Right on the beach, the views are incredible. The kids love the pool. The pool area is set up nice for adults to relax and keep on eye the kids and enjoy the pool to. The house kitchen is very well equipped, the main living room is spacious and comfortable. The second living area is a plus. All the bedrooms are nice and comfy. The three king bedrooms have beautiful views of the ocean with doors leading out to the decks. Horses were around the yard area every day. This is our 5th stay and we find out more every year about how wonderful the people of the Outer Banks are. Twiddy is great to rent from and are very helpful if we need them."
"Great views, horses everyday, beautiful beach, great pool! The house has a great set up to give everyone space! The chairs on the third floor deck were so comfortable at night watching horses and enjoying the ocean breeze. As well as coffee in the morning! The 4x4 is definitely a bucket list item!"

"It was a nice home - felt very comfortable there. A hiccup with the air conditioning on the lower level - things happen, and I did feel Twiddy team responded. Austin - with the AC units was extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend the home to others."

"The location of this home is amazing. It's an easy walk down the road to the beach and sitting out on the deck, looking at the ocean, never gets tiring. The kitchen is well equiped and the entire house is very comfortable. We'll be back next year."

"Beautiful location and great home. Was perfect size for our family of 7 — 3 couples. We enjoyed the beach with daily walks and evening bags completions and the adult children loved their daily volleyball matches in the swimming pool. The horses were everywhere. Already missing our daily walks on the beach every morning. The home was clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies to make our meal prep quick so we could get out and enjoy the scenery. Can’t wait to go back!"

Unfortunately too chilly to use when we were there mid Oct.. TwiddyCo great to work with, quick response to any issues. Would not hesitate to recommend TwiddyCo, or rent house/houses again in future. "This was the second time that my husband and I have stayed at Xanadune. We may be anomalies because it is only the two of us and we basically live on the top floor. The home is comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the views are amazing! I feel like I am coming home when I walk in Xanadune's doors."

"Loved the house! The only recommendation I would make would be a larger refrigerator in the kitchen and possibly a small fridge by the pool bar! A lot of steps to get a drink lol!"
