"Location and house layout was perfect fit for the family. We saw horses on multiple occasions right in dunes and driveway. The view of beach was perfect from porch and bedrooms. House was perfectly stocked with kitchen needs for cooking. Downside beds were not comfortable except for 3rd floor master and considering it was prior to peak summer season it was dirty including dishes that were put away dirty and hot tub needs a good cleaning. I would have expected a deep clean prior to Summer season kickoff of memorial day week. 4x4 beach was a unique experience and overall we loved our stay."
I am sorry you had complaints. I can assure you the house was very thoroughly deep cleaned prior to the season and you were in fact only the 3rd renter of the season. I will relay your concerns with the cleaning to Twiddy but have generally found the cleaning crews to be very good. I am glad that overall you loved your stay.

So glad to hear that, we love the views also and location. We plant about 600 plugs of dune grass per year of which it seems 200 go straight to the horses which does keep them around frequently!

Would like to see toilet bowl plungers, and cleaners in each bathroom. House was fully stocked with all cooking/dinner ware, it was clean and spacious enough for our families to be comfortable."
