This tastefully decorated retreat is defined with relaxing colors and clean lines. With decks galore, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy stunning ocean views with your morning coffee and salty ocean breezes with your afternoon beverage. Eight ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and multiple indoor and outdoor common areas ensure that everyone will be comfortable.
Gorgeous ocean views, shining through a wall of windows, are the highlight of the top level. An open and airy floor plan allows the ocean to be the backdrop whether you are relaxing on the comfortable sofa, cooking in the kitchen, or enjoying a meal with family at the large table in the dining room. A kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator in the dining area minimizes the steps required for beverage or snack refills. Two ensuite bedrooms, each with a king bed, and a half bathroom complete the top level of the home.
Screen the latest movies in the theater room on the middle level. The nearby kitchenette keeps snacks and drinks handy during the evening’s feature film. Open the curtains at the back of the theatre room to reveal a pass-through window into the rec room with bar seating. A pool table, high-top table and TV are available in this room as well. Four ensuite bedrooms, each with a king bed, finish the middle level.
Entertainment is the name of the game on the lower level. The rec room is equipped with a shuffleboard for hours of friendly competition. The kids will enjoy their own retreat with a special media space just for them. A wet bar with a refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as a half bathroom, are conveniently located nearby. Three bedrooms and a half bathroom can also be found on the lower level. An ensuite bedroom with a king bed features multiple handicap-friendly features in the bathroom, such as a roll-in shower with grab bars, bench, and detachable showerhead, as well as a roll-under sink. A second ensuite bedroom features a king size bed. The third bedroom features built-in bunk beds which are sure to please the little ones.
Step through the doors from the rec room to the pool area oasis. Take a refreshing dip in the generously sized private pool. Soak up the rays in one of the lounge chairs, or relax at the table under the covered deck if that’s more your speed. Dining al fresco has never been better with a grilling area nearby and seating options under the thatched roof tiki bar. The tiki bar features a sun deck on the roof, perfect for a combination of hanging out in the pool area and enjoying the ocean view. Step through the gate from the pool area to the stairs that lead to a private dune top deck. From there, walk a few more steps down to the beach to feel the warm sand between your toes.
Located just after milepost 10 in Gallery Row, this home is convenient to all that Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills offer. Enjoy some tasty Outer Banks seafood at Red Drum Grille & Taphouse or cool down with a frozen treat at Surfin’ Spoon, which are directly across the street from the home.
