"Nice location to relax for the week. Actually, from what we observed, being on Ocean Pearl Blvd was the best street where one with a boat could gain access to the canal or make a one minute car run to the beach. Being on the 4 X 4 beach is a plus for beach access -- no need to drag a beach cart. If you find the horses an interesting touch, you'll see them walking by the house every day. The house has lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, towels, plenty of deck space, tons of dishes/silverware, bright interior color, well decorated, hot tub, and pool. Yes, it was adequately clean."

"The home is lovely. It is located approximately 9 miles off the pavement, and is 0.5 miles by foot or car to access a gorgeous stretch of beach, 0.25 miles from canal access via a ramp in a park with a small playground, and very close to the Carova Beach Fire and Rescue. (Use that as reference for most direct route off of the beach.) It is on a corner of a nice wide and flat sand road, with no standing water blocking access to the home at a time when many others were impassible. There is a fully enclosed outdoor shower with dual temperature controls, as well as a foot shower. Home has a lot of exterior access points and was great for children. Loads of horses passing by! The kitchen had anything we could have wanted and more and there were lots of pool toys and beach chairs. Some furniture showed wear."
