What is the distance to the beach? How long does it take to walk that distance?
Wendy, this home is described as less than 500 feet from the beach, and is the 4th lot back from the beach. It would take about 5-10 minutes, depending upon the number of children and how much gear, of course! Is the pier that is visible in some of these pictures open to the public?
No Fran, that pier in the photo is the Army Corps of Engineers Research Pier, but the town of Duck does have a soundfront boardwalk, with piers for launching kayaks and for crabbing in the Currituck Sound!
