"WE LOVED ALL THE DECK FURNITURE AND THE VIEWSWE SAW HORSES SOME DAYS AND ENJOYED ALL THE HOUSE HAD TO OFFER..WE DID HAVE SOME MINOR ISSUES WITH THE HOUSE BUT TWIDDY IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP.I SAY THE OWNER OR THE REALTOR DOESN'T KNOW WHAT YOU DON'T TELL THEM &THAT IS WHAT WE DO AS SOON AS WE ENTER ALL OF THE PROPERTIES WE RENT FROM TWIDDY.THIS HELPS FOR FUTURE RENTALS AND THEY ARE THE BEST TO MAKING OUR STAY PERFECT.WE WANTED TO RERENT FOR 2026BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE WERE TOLD THE OWNERS TOOK THAT WEEK SO WE QUICKLY RENTED ANOTHER PROPERTY WITH TWIDDY.WE ARE HOPING TO HAVE 1ST DIBBS ON 2027 FOR THOSE 2WEEKS WITH THE 5%DISCOUNT SINCE WE COULDN'T HAVE 2026.THANK YOU AGAIN TWIDDY FOR A GREAT 2WEEKS. "We loved that almost all of the bedrooms had an attached private bathroom PLUS deck access. It made it enjoyable to be with a big group but still easily have privacy when needed. The wild horses were around the house every day! It was so special seeing them in their natural habitat."

"The house and location were great. We fell in love with the area and are considering buying down there. There were a few issues that didn’t cause us any issues but should probably be checked more often. We had (a very prompt) visit to the house to replace the smart lock batteries and the tech told us they haven’t been replaced ed for 2 years. The last day the smoke detectors went off at 630 AM but only for aboutn30 seconds (I’m guessing back up battery may be low on one), and the trash can cabinet was not very functional. The track appeared to be broken. Nothing crazy but some small maintenance things that should be addressed."
"Comfortable home with well equipped kitchen, plenty of new deck seating and entertainment options from the theater room and pool table to books and games. Beautiful views and the horses love the yard and visited daily. Twiddy is very responsive to text line and the field tech that arrived was fantastic!"
"Well appointed house, kitchen equipment, beds, TVs, AC, WiFi. Good location if you want to drive 7 miles on the beach sand (30-45 minutes). Twiddy was great rental agent. Brought a new gas grill. Clean house. I hope we left it in very good shape."

"This was a spacious, clean and comfortable vacation home with close proximity to the beach! Great beach themed decor. The movie room and game room with pool table as well as the pool and hot tub were a plus. Also having two dish washers and two washer dryers is especially convenient for big groups!"

"Lots of space! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The double dishwashers and washer/dryers make life a bit easier."

"Happy to see new furniture in the upstairs living, dining and kitchen area! Also, the new chairs on the deck allowed us to sit outside comfortably this year."
"Nice area and views were beautiful but…. Kitchen items can use a refresh, no electric griddle and the griddle they had was warped and was like 8”x8”. Pots missing handles and misshapen. Only 1 vacuum cleaner that worked sparingly. No internet for the entire week we were there which rendered every television useless except the great room tv. No instructions on how to operate any of the theater room electronics and DVD players were not hooked up so again this feature of the house was useless and with 4 kids under 10 years of age dud not go over well. Sonos system does not work. No hooks in bathrooms to hang towels. Dining room chairs broken or wobbly and the same for some of the bar stools at the island. Rear deck slider had no outside handle so don’t close the door behind you. There are a few wasps nest around the house, we bought wasp killer to get rid of what we could with small children being present. Seems like this house could use some serious attention from Twiddy and the owners. House looks nice in the pictures online but this is a one and done rental for our group."
"Again, we had a wonderful time at the OBX and enjoyed the home and pool, in addition to the adventure of the just being in the area. We had more than enough bedrooms for our large group and the theater room and pool table area was a great place to gather."

"Beautiful home with a nice layout. There were some things we didn't like though. First, the deck had no direct access to the pool, not a huge deal breaker though. Second, the water was discolored and had a strong sulfur smell. Other than that, we were happy with the house."
